Welcome to Fitness Expo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and any purchases or services provided by Fitness Expo, located at:

By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Online Store Terms
By using our website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not upload, transmit, or introduce any viruses, malicious code, or harmful materials to the site. A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices, products, and promotions are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Payment Methods
Fitness Expo accepts the following payment methods:
• Credit and debit cards
• Shopify Payments
• Shop Pay
• PayPal
• Bank ACH
• Wells Fargo financing options (subject to approval)
All payments must be authorized and cleared before products ship or service is scheduled.
4. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not guarantee that all details will be error-free due to manufacturer updates, color differences, or supplier changes. Availability may vary, and certain products may experience lead times.

Retail Store Purchases
All sales are final for any merchandise purchased inside one of our physical retail store locations. No returns, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted once an in-store sale is complete.
Online Purchases
Online orders may be eligible for return only with management approval and only if requested within 7 days of delivery.
Approved returns must meet these conditions:
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for round-trip freight
• Refunds are issued only after inspection
• Management reserves the right to deny any return
Special orders, commercial equipment, clearance items, and used equipment are non-returnable.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to freight carrier delays, stock levels, or manufacturer lead times. Customers must inspect shipments at delivery and report damage within 24 hours. Failure to note damage with the carrier may void damage claims.
7. Used Equipment Policy
Used and pre-owned equipment purchased from Fitness Expo includes a:
30-day in-house warranty covering mechanical or electronic part failures only.
Not covered under warranty:
• Noises, squeaks, clicks, or cosmetic conditions
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance
• Wear items such as belts, decks, pads, bearings, or pedals unless explicitly stated
All used equipment warranty work is performed by Fitness Expo technicians.
8. Warranty Claims (New Equipment)
New equipment includes the manufacturer’s warranty per their terms. Fitness Expo processes warranty claims on behalf of the customer directly with the manufacturer. Proof of purchase may be required. Manufacturer approval is required for all covered repairs.
Warranty coverage does not include:
• Misuse or abuse
• Improper installation
• Cosmetic issues
• Environmental or electrical issues
9. Service Department Terms
Fitness Expo provides professional service using our own in-house certified technicians, not third-party contractors.
Diagnostic & Repair Policies
• Diagnostic visits do not apply or transfer to subsequent return visits.
• We quote a flat rate at the time of scheduling, based on customer location.
• Repair pricing is flat rate, not hourly, and depends on the issue and location.
• Customers receive a full quote prior to repair authorization.
• Preventive maintenance may uncover additional required repairs.
10. Preventive Maintenance Terms
PM services include cleaning, lubrication, and inspection but do not guarantee uninterrupted equipment performance.
Additional charges may apply if:
• Equipment is excessively dirty inside
• Parts require replacement
• Multiple units require extra time outside the standard plan
PM plans do not include repair labor unless stated.
11. Limitation of Liability
Fitness Expo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, inability to use products, delays in delivery, or improper installation not performed by Fitness Expo. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose or to violate intellectual property rights. You may not interfere with security features or attempt unauthorized access.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
